Morning Mist is our lightest, most ethereal natural of the season — a coffee that lives in the space between stillness and clarity.
Grown at 1350 MASL in the misted hills of Ratnagiri Estate, this Catuai lot undergoes a 48-hour anaerobic fermentation in temperature-controlled bio-fermenters using lab-isolated microbial strains. This slow, low-oxygen process unlocks delicate aromatics and floral esters while maintaining structural elegance.
After fermentation, the coffee is dried gently over 23 days on shaded raised beds, allowing the sugars to mature and concentrate into a cup profile that drips with jasmine florals, ripe apricot, and crisp, clean grape acidity.
Roasted light to preserve its aromatic ceiling and transparent texture, this coffee is made for pour-over moments, slow breathing, and mornings that demand attention.
