Jasneep leads IKKIS’s roasting philosophy and sensory direction. She is SCA-certified in Roasting and Sensory (2020) and brings a rare balance of technical rigour and intuitive tasting to every profile. Her background as a soft-skills trainer informs how IKKIS approaches education, communication, and hospitality — not just how coffee tastes, but how it is experienced and explained. At IKKIS, she oversees: Roast development and profiling Sensory calibration and tasting standards Menu architecture and beverage balance Barista education and training systems
IKKIS
IKKIS Coffee Roasters exists at the intersection of craft, culture, and quiet precision. We believe coffee is not just consumed — it is remembered, repeated, and slowly understood.
Every decision we make, from sourcing to roasting to design, is guided by a single question: does this deepen the ritual, or distract from it?
A counterpoint to noise.
Coffee today is loud — louder packaging, louder claims, louder timelines. IKKIS was built as a counterpoint.
We exist to slow things down. To treat coffee as a daily ritual rather than a rush. To honour both science and sensitivity — data and intuition — without turning either into spectacle.
Not trends. Not shortcuts.
Built as a system — not a personality.
IKKIS is not run by a single personality. It is shaped by a deliberate, multidisciplinary core team — each role protecting a different layer of the experience, from flavour to form.
A retired professor, Jagjiwan brings academic discipline, long-term thinking, and structural clarity to the foundation of IKKIS. Her presence anchors the brand in: Methodical decision-making Ethical grounding Patience over impulse She represents the quiet intellectual backbone of the company — ensuring IKKIS is built to last, not just to launch.
Harpreet works across roasting, training, and café operations. With professional experience at Starbucks, he brings operational discipline, consistency, and service-scale understanding into the IKKIS system. At IKKIS, he is responsible for: Roast execution and batch consistency Barista training and SOP development Café workflow and menu translation Beverage calibration for real-world service Harpreet works closely with Jasneep to ensure that every profile developed in theory performs reliably in practice.
Pharjan leads the visual and design language of IKKIS — spanning packaging, digital presence, and brand systems. His work translates flavour, emotion, and ritual into form, ensuring that IKKIS’s visual identity remains: Minimal yet expressive Contemporary yet timeless Consistent across physical and digital touchpoints Design at IKKIS is not decorative — it is structural.
Stronghold S9X. Electric. Data-driven.
Our system is built on India’s first installed 8 kg electric commercial roaster, allowing precise control over heat application, airflow, and development.
This enables us to reduce variability across batches, preserve clarity of origin and process, and roast with repeatability and restraint.
Electric roasting also aligns with our broader responsibility toward cleaner energy and reduced environmental impact.
Quiet. Considered. Never performative.
Responsibility at IKKIS is quiet and considered — never performative.
Our packaging choices prioritise material efficiency, recyclability and reduced plastic complexity, and minimal inks and unnecessary finishes.
Not louder. Only clearer.
IKKIS continues to evolve as a system — refining roast profiles, developing new beverage formats, strengthening education, and improving material choices.
Every cup is a decision. We choose to make it meaningful.
