By using ikkis.coffee and purchasing from IKKIS LLP, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Nature

Coffee is an agricultural product; minor variations in flavor or body between harvests are natural and not defects.

2. Orders & Billing

• We reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities.

• Prices may change without notice; applicable GST included.

• Subscriptions: recurring billing authorized; cancellable anytime via your account before the next roast cycle.

3. Conduct

Users may not upload or share false, defamatory, or malicious content. Violations may result in service suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

All logos, bag designs, copy, and imagery are proprietary to IKKIS Coffee Roasters. Reproduction or reuse without written consent is prohibited.

5. Liability

• Maximum liability is limited to the order value.

• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

• Nothing herein limits our statutory responsibility under the FSSAI Act.

6. Jurisdiction

All disputes are governed by Indian law and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Chandigarh courts.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control — natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or courier disruptions.
