4. Shipping Policy

Effective Date: December 2025

We roast-to-order, ensuring your coffee reaches you fresh, never shelf-aged.

Processing

  • Orders are roasted and dispatched within 24–48 hours (Mon–Sat).

  • Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends roast next business day.

  • Peak periods (Diwali, Christmas) may add 1–2 days.

Delivery

Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a live tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for activation.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

  • If packaging appears tampered or crushed, do not accept delivery.

  • Refuse and contact support@ikkis.coffee immediately — we’ll replace the order.

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, inform us within 48 hours; we’ll investigate with the courier.

Incorrect Address / RTO

If a parcel returns due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs apply. Please double-check your details before confirming.
