Mystic Melon (Light Roast)

Mooleh Manay Estate was started in 2013 at the foothills of Western Ghats, on the bank of Harangi backwaters, Coorg by 4th generation coffee planter Ms G.G Padmashree. The 5th generation coffee planters Akshay Dashrath and Komal Sable, in 2017, carried forward this plantation. Their stay in UK, influenced their understanding of the time, money and effort involved in growing quality coffee in India, while adapting to farming practices used here. Mooleh Manay Estate specialises in Arabica and Robusta with focus on sustainable shade grown coffees. The process of honey sun-drying and modern farming techniques are used to add high quality to their coffees.

                                                                                 

The flavours we enjoyed while cupping this combination of Selection 795 & Catuai was mouthful of brown sugar sweetness and lingering taste of melon and green apple.
